We put a lot of thought into what to write on this page. We’re not fancy, and we’re not a big company.

We’re Dave and Jess. We live in Grand Rapids, MI with our three kids and our dog. We’re regular people who value faith, family, and helping others. With backgrounds in education, we started LTR Land in 2021 because we discovered the benefits of owning land and we wanted to share that with others. 

Fun fact: We named LTR Land using the first initial of each of our children's names.

Dave loves helping others, and he gets to do that by working with the LTR team. He is consistently building processes to make buying land as easy as possible. Dave is also a certified Life Insurance producer that specializes in creating policies that utilize the Infinite Banking Concept (IBC). He enjoys golfing with his wife, watching college football, and fishing with his kids. 

Jess cares about people. She spent six years teaching students with autism before making the choice to stay at home with her kids. Now, with LTR Land, she’s able to build relationships and help others while still being there for her kids. Her genuine desire to get to know people allows her to help them find their ideal property. Jess enjoys playing board games with her kids, taking walks with her husband, and relaxing in the sunshine on her deck.
